“Here’s a picture I snapped on my point-and-shoot camera Sunday along the Coeur d’Alene River Road,” e-mails SR colleague Jesse Tinsley. “This young male was wading in a creek off the road, gathering a crowd of passing campers who were on their way home.”

Osmond Matron Honored: A cabin in southeastern Idaho where the mother of entertainers Donny and Marie Osmond was born has been dedicated in a ceremony that drew some of the Osmond clan. Residents of the tiny town of Samaria on Saturday dedicated the reconstructed cabin where Olive Osmond was born in 1925. She died in 2004/ KTVB . More here .
