Press’ Patrick: NIC Pro-Tech Budget Not Cut

Some open positions (in the professional technical departments at NIC) won’t be refilled, and some class choices reduced. The budget itself increased by nearly $200,000 (not cut) , but that’s mostly for an across-the-board salary increase.
