Mary’s paraphrase does not surprise me. Maybe someday when I get time, I will do my own “paraphrase”. What I told Mary is no different than what I stated in our open public Board meeting last week prior to making the motion on foregone taxes. I stated very clearly my position on acquisition of the property and that we needed to move forward now with foregone in order to purchase it.
