Trooper Mark Baker of the Washington State Patrol stands Monday in the path of a car that crashed into a rural home Sunday night on Waukon Rd. near Reardan, killing the two occupants. He was explaining to members of the media how the car left Waukon Road at a high rate of speed, bounced across a large gravel driveway, slammed into the truck at right and flew into the side of the home.
