Popkey: Will Obama, Paul Delegates Stick Around?

The balance of power at the Republican and Democratic state conventions over the weekend was held by newcomers loyal to Ron Paul and Barack Obama. Republicans ousted their two-term chairman, and Democrats passed over the old guard in naming delegates to their national convention. Now the question is whether the new blood will stick.
