Item: Answering her calling: From a young age, Miranda Lopez has wanted to be a mortician /Sean Garmire, Coeur d’Alene Press

More Info: Since she was 12, it was Miranda Lopez’s dream to take care of society’s dead. Even the notion of handling bodies didn’t scare away the mortician-in-training. “It seems like everyone has a calling for something,” the 18-year-old said, taking a lunch break from her job at English Funeral Chapel. “This is my calling.”

Question: On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate the mortuary profession on your list of interesting jobs to have?
