More Info: A recently filed lawsuit accuses a local high school principal of violating the rights of Christian students by prohibiting a group from using a student meeting room for religious purposes. In a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court, a Newman Lake girl and her family claim East Valley High School Principal Jeff Miller prohibited she and four other students from gathering in the school’s career services room for religious discussion and prayer but allowed other students to meet there for non-religious purposes.
