I wrapped up the winter season with this column looking back on many of the accomplishments of area teams and athletes.

We started our string of spring sports preview stories with a look at the Post Falls, Lakeland and Timberlake baseball teams in the Prairie Voice. On Saturday, the Lake City, Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint baseball teams are featured in the Handle Extra. On deck for next week: softball.
