JimmyMAC: 2 Thumbs Up For Ciao Mambo

My wife and I had drinks and dinner at Ciao Mambo’s this evening. Of course with any new restaraunt in Koot Co., it was packed. I had no idea what to expect. We were told about a half hour wait at 6:00 but we were glad to sit in the bar and check it out over a few drinks. Our table was early but we we decided to wait for a while as I was enjoying Carmel Valley Pinot Noir and my wife was loving the house martinis. To make a long story short-Great atmosphere, great food, and great service considering it’s only been open a week or two. Didn’t know I was on Govt Way in Hayden, felt like I was in a great metro establishment. We live in Hayden and I love downtown CDA but sometimes I like new faces and eating closer to the homestead. Bottom line, it was fantastic and I intend on making it a regular spot. Worth a review by OTV. They have quite a few people helping open it from Whitefish but I hope the manager, Micheal, stays here for good. Our server, Laura and the bartender, Garrett earned high praise from both my wife and I/ JimmyMAC.
