Q: Instead of using foregone taxes, would you consider bringing a bond issue to the public?
Mic Armon: We have a timing problem. This is going to happen in the next six months. We talked about doing a bond issue. We have looked at many options as a board. In order to do a bond issue, you need 66 2/3s percent vote for passage. NIC has never done a bond issue. We don’t have the time or experience to do one now.
