Breaking: Serious Crash @ 4th & I-90

Breaking News: anyone there on the Spokesman desk have details of what must be a bad fatality accident in Coeur d’Alene? I’ve just heard bits and pieces on the scanner but the coroner and English Funeral and a chaplain are in route and there’s frantic manuevering of emergency vehicles to “block the view” of onlookers at the scene. One car with WA plates and the other with Kootenai County plates.

DFO: I just heard on the late news that 3 people are being transferred from an accident at Interstate 90 and 4th Street in Coeur d’Alene — and that the coroner and a chaplain have been called.
