DOTC: Still Counting Precinct Committee Ballots

Whew…1st chance to take a minute to take 5…yes, the regular absentee ballots show up first and have been counted, however the absentee precinct committee people were on separate paper ballots that had to be hand counted and we will still be adding in those totals…so the final amounts for some precinct committee people will change from that last report.
