The mayor of oil town Batman, Turkey, warns to sue Warner Bros. for taking the name of the town and using it to depict the caped crusader without permission.

Batman came to his attention when this year’s The Dark Night was released, and he hopes to win a share of the profits.

Chances are, the case won’t even go to trial, but Batman, Turkey could win some free tourism. After all, sharing names with a celebrity has done wonders for Obama, Japan.
