CPD Blue Reports Missing Person

On Sept. 19, Phillip R, Cavinder, 57, of Coeur d’Alene, was reported missing by his apartment manager. His last know residence is 3105 N. 4th St. #31. The apartment manager told Coeur d’Alene police that Cavinder paid his rent on Aug. 4 by check. … When the September rent was due, the manager left a notice on his door. The note was still on the door when the manager returned for the rent.
