Wild Card/Sunday — 9/14/08

I helped gather, split and stack wood for my brother-in-law Roy and sister in Spirit Lake Saturday. We probably put 5 cords in their shed before we broke to watch by brother’s kids ride Roy’s horses. In other words, it was a day of hard labor but good family fellowship. I’m thankful that my family of six siblings and all their mates get along extremely well. It’s one of those blessings that I sometimes take for granted. I shouldn’t. Today, I plan to kick back. Mebbe watch a little football. But otherwise I’m going to vege.
