CPD Blue Issues 62 School Zone Citations

In the last two weeks, Coeur d’Alene police officers have issued 62 citations, with fines of $116.50, for violating the posted speed limit in school zones. The areas that continue to be of concern are Kathleen Avenue at Ramsey Elementary, Kathleen Ave. at Coeur d’Alene Charter Academy, and St. Michelle Dr. and Kathleen Ave. near Woodland Middle School/police spokeswoman Christie Wood .
