Runaway Boa Found On PF Area Lawn

Kootenai County authorities are looking for the owners of an 8-foot boa constrictor that was found curled up on a lawn in the 13600 block of Bodine Avenue, north of Post Falls, last evening. The snake was taken by a veterinarian from North Idaho Pet Emergency until animal control officers were able to shelter it this morning. Anyone with information about the snake is asked to call the sheriff’s office, 446-1300.
