Update: Kingston Man Dies After Hitting Moose

Jessie H. Arthur, 54, of Kingston, was killed at 6:12 this morning when he hit a moose on Interstate 90 near Kingston. Arthur was eastbound on the highway when he struck the moose, which went through the windshield of his 1998 Hyundai and hit him. Then, the vehicle went through the median and came to a stop in the west bound lanes of travel. Complete ISP report below .
