Mansfield: McCain, Obama Ignored We The People

The Debates tonight omitted one real-live person: You. Your success was ignored, your wins were ignored and your family was ignored. McCain spoke like he was reading from the Congressional Quarterly…with all of its buzz words and much more. (Earmarks, blah, blah, blah). Watching Obama tonight was like watching an 18 year-old version of Bill Clinton primping in front of the mirror before he was to meet JFK. Poser is too strong a word…but barely. Mccainobamadebate2 And where were YOU in the debate? Uninvited? Where was the passion for the people? Where were the voices that said WE CAN OVERCOME this financial problem? “Hope” took the last train for the coast….and not the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
