Now Caucusing, D’s Open, R’s Shut

Both parties in the House have gone into caucus to talk about state employee pay cuts and the state budget. Republicans also plan to talk about transportation; their caucus is meeting behind closed doors, while the Democrats are meeting openly/ Betsy Russell , Eye On Boise. More here .
