JeanieS: I See Skunks. All. The. Time.

JeanieS: I have skunks ALL.THE.TIME. Year round (I thought they hibernated). My dog was always trying to make friends with them. And my black and white cat actually had a little skunk friend. They would sit side by side in the yard. One evening I came home and saw Tux (my cat) sitting on a tree stump next to where I park. I reached down to pet him and he “appeared” to magically split in two – while Tux stayed to be petted and Mr. Skunk walked away to the other side of the yard. I was THAT close to being skunked.
