Briefs: PF Man Jailed In Gun Incident

A 24-year-old Post Falls man was arrested Thursday afternoon on charges of robbery and aggravated assault in an incident that took place at an apartment complex on Cecil Road/Post Falls. William Justice is accused of holding a gun to the head of Shawn A. Phillips, 23, of Post Falls and demanding his car keys. Phillips was visiting a female friend at the time. He was able to call 911 after struggling with Justice. The suspect fled the scene. Later, deputies arrested Justice without incident in the northern part of the county.
