Yesterday at the end of our Easter mass, a fully-dressed bunny was at the
back of (St. Pius X Catholic Church) giving out eggs to the kids. Then a young lady was directed toward the bunny, who gave her an egg with a diamond ring in it and pulled off his bunny costume head and asked her to marry him. Big applause and lots of tears (she said yes) and Fr. Roger LaChance gets an assist for being in on the deal. Then there was the requisite group of husbands in the back (myself included) saying “somebody needs to tell that guy he’s ruining it for the rest of us by being Mr.Everything.”
