More Info: The idea, which drew mixed reaction from the community the first time around, is to make the 14-acre park — bordered by Tubbs Hill and the shore of Lake Coeur d’Alene — a major downtown draw.

Fish Wife: Today, McEuen Field. Tomorrow, Sherman Park. Any attempts by the City to turn them into concrete will create strange bedfellows. The Anti-LCDC crowd will ally with the preservationists. Any attempt to change either landscape could result in a recall effort of city officials. BTW, I am NOT a CAVE’er.

Question: What warning would you give the Lake City Development Corp. and Bloem administration as they discuss ways to upgrade McEuen Field?
