from last week’s Spokesman-Review on how the Sunshine law expansion, giving Idaho its first personal financial disclosure requirements for elected officials and candidates, is being held hostage in the House, though it’s passed the Senate unanimously and is backed by Gov. Butch Otter. As of this morning, nothing has changed. “It’s still at the desk,” House Speaker Lawerence Denney said. “It may stay there for another day or two.”
