• 5:41 p.m. Bayview resident reports that a bi-plane has landed on Lake Pend Oreille and wonders if something is wrong b/c she’s never seen a plane land on the lake before.
• 5:30 p.m. Skater reports that a 30YO skater punched him at the Skate Park and then ran off to his nearby home.
• 4:28 p.m. R/P reports finding women’s clothing laid out in the snow near the restrooms of the snowmobile parking lot on Fourth of July Pass — everything from shirts & pants to shoes & undergarments.
• 3:16 p.m. R/P reports that she saw a carload of individuals drinking vodka @ a CdA store before driving onto the interstate.
• 2:13 p.m. 2nd R/P called anmal control re: welfare of puppy found on Copper Ridge Monday.
• 12:58 p.m. A fisherman has parked his teal pickup partly onto the roadway, between Chef In The Forest & the old Rainbow Inn, creating a traffic hazard.
• 12:44 p.m. CPD Blue is checking out an alarm in the cash room @ Wells Fargo Bank, Appleway & Government Way. No problem was found.
• 12:35 p.m. Resident @ Reed & Huetter reports that neighbors are coming onto her property w/purpose of causing her dogs to bark so they can report them.
• 12:23 p.m. Man’s voice: “The president is over at the gas pump. She needs some help, but no one is there.”

11:16 a.m. Someone has put soap in the fountain in the w/b onramp (@ Post Falls?)

10:29 a.m. R/P reports he has captured a stray pitbull wearing a chain in his yard. And that he has put his dogs in his vehicle to protect them.

10:09 a.m. Motorist reports that a child is unrestrained in the front seat of a red Regal on I-90 M/P 11.

9:39 a.m. Animal control officer reports that a motorist in a gray Honda was speeding and passed him on the right side @ Signal Point & Riverview.

9:09 a.m. ISP officer reports that a gold-and-silver pickup w/Alaska plates was speeding on I-90 M/P 20 but he couldn’t get turned around on the freeway to catch him.
