I just saw an incredibly sad thing on Craigslist tonight. The
fabulous 54-foot Searay from which the
Spokane realtor slipped from and
drowned in Carlin Bay two years ago
is now for sale. He told me once he had over $800K into it and now it can be had for
$385,000. As one of the largest yet fastest boats on the lake, it’s a
steal at that price, but then again, almost everything on the lake
these days is a steal.
Question: Have you seen other good deals out there as owners try to get out from under big-ticket items?
