Toad: HBO Makes Strange Bedfellows

Toadman: some of my liberal brethren might call me out or even question my “associations” with certain conservatives on this blog. The “association” epithet is weak, imo. Just because we can be friendly with each other, and even work together, doesn’t mean we agree on everything. As an example, I share my office with a guy twice a week who is a staunch gun rights guy, and even works at a local gun range. He’s actually reading some book called “the conservative manifesto.” Still, I consider him my friend, though we have deep disagreements, we still manage to get along well, and work well together, out of mutual respect for each others opinions. Associations carry no weight, in my opinion. Actions do.
