High Noon: Personal Protest Signs

In his coverage of the Boise Tea Party , Dan Popkey/Idaho Statesman listed some of the messages on the protest signs. They are as follows:

• “Republican Party … Democrat Party … Socialist Party … No Difference!” said one sign.“
• Destroy the corrupt 2-headed one party ruling political system. Restore our Constitution, bring back our prosperous and just nation,” read another.
• “Enforce our laws. Secure our Borders. Build Fences. No illegal immigration. No amnesty,” read a third.
• Some signs took aim at President Obama: “Obamanism = Communism” and “Impeach Obama before it’s too late” and “Ask Obama for his birth certificate.”
• Some were critical of Congress, including one noting the recent missile test by North Korea: “Hey, Kim Jong-Il: If your gonna’ launch … aim at Congress.”
