HBO Poll Sez … Little To No Impact

In the HBO Poll Thursday, 56 of 107 respondents (52%) felt the Tea Party protest throughout the U.S. Wednesday would have no lasting effect. In that group 42 (39%) said conservatives won’t return to power using such tricks. Another 26 respondents said the impact of the Tea Parties would be minimal — for 82 of 107 total who discounted the protest. On the other side, 14% predicted the Tea Parties were the beginning of a revolution, and 9% said they put Washington on notice that it’s spending too much.
