Update: Avista has turned the power off @ the Cedar’s parking lot, where a downed power line knocked a propane tank on its side. Also, workers have fixed the propane leak. Bt they’re still working on leak caused by the transformer landing in Lake Coeur d’Alene.

A power pole @ Cedar’s restaurant has fallen in the parking lot, hitting a propane tank on the way down. Power lines are down. And the tank appears to be leaking propane.
