• 11:41 a.m. R/P is following a white Ford pickup driven by 2 men and filled with manhole covers along Diagonal toward Rathdrum. R/P sez the 2 are acting suspicious.
• 11:37 a.m. Motorist reports almost being hit by a dump truck that ran a stop sign and continued north of Ramsey Road from Garwood.
• 11:12 a.m. There’s either a “contained cow” or a “contained chow” on Tudor Drive, east of Avondale Lake.
• 10:58 a.m. A Rathdrum home, 8151 Colorado, is filled w/smoke. No flames are showing.
• 10:15 a.m. Citizen dispute reported at the Harmony House
• 10:11 a.m. 2 males in a pickup @ Clagstone & Highway 54/Athol reportedly are making off w/railroad ties and/or a steel conducting mechanism.
• 10:01 a.m. ISP reports a minor injury from a crash between a semi & a passenger car on Highway 95 & Garwood.
• 9:49 a.m. R/P reports a car going the wrong way on the onramp @ I-90 & Highway 41.
• 9:33 a.m. Female suffering a panic attack @ the Flying J/Post Falls.
• 9:30 a.m. A man @ Sysco’s/Post Falls believes he has been suffering a heart attack for 45 minutes.
