Stop the worrying

The ridiculous notion that the citizenry need to remain armed to fight in some future revolution against the government is simply absurd. Who do these people think they will be attacking – the police, the United States Army? Won’t that make them terrorists?

I do not believe the government will ever make it illegal to possess a firearm, but if they do, I will turn mine over like every other law-abiding citizen. You don’t get to choose which laws to obey; that’s not how democracy works.

Maybe these people should cut down on Rush Limbaugh and the right wing conspiracy radio nuts and just listen to some music. “Don’t worry, be happy,” for instance.
