Forty years ago our nation experienced a “happening” described as Woodstock. If you talked to any reasonable grown-up at the time (my beloved and departed WWII veteran father comes to mind), they would have reasonably told you that a happening of 400,000 young folks would be “nothing but trouble, with a capital T!”

Didn’t happen! No sir! No way!

Envision Spokane happens along with the idea that “Local works.” Mom and Dad, er, City Council members, Spokane Home Builders and others exclaim, “No sir! No way!”

Why not?
