The largest private residence in Kootenai County has come on the market this month. Owned by Ron and Georgia Puryear , the 26,000 sq. ft. residence is on the north shore of the Spokane River in Post Falls. Listed by John Beutler of Century 21 , the asking price is $19.995 million.
