A Close Tri-Cities Encounter w/Sarah
As we were standing in line waiting, someone told us Sarah was greeting
people from the back of
the line. I, at first, dismissed it as a crowd
rumor, but then a guy showed me a picture of Sarah on his iPhone! My
daughter was texting all her friends in excitement. A security guy came
and made everyone stand on the curb as Sarah made her way down the line
of people. She shook everyone’s hand and asked his or her name, and was very
approving of Raechel’s Vandals sweatshirt. (Palin is a 1987 U of I
Grad) She had to pack up the baby and go into Hasting’s very soon
after. The Tri-City Herald interviewed me and did a story, which can be
found
here
. We waited another 4 hours to get our book signed, but they closed
the line about 30 people ahead of me/

Question: Montanans interviewed by the Billings Gazette said they would stand in line in temperatures predicted to be 6-below-zero Tuesday in Billings for a chance to meet Sarah Palin. Would you be willing do that to meet any current politician?
