Inland Northwest college basketball teams rolled snake eyes Saturday, as three of the local favorites — Gonzaga, Washington State, and Eastern Washington — lost. Gonzaga’s loss hurt the most because it was close and because it was lost by a forearm shiver delivered by one of the Zags’ rising stars. No forearm by Elias Harris no loss. Then, he’s just a kid at 20. Josh Heytvelt did far worse early on. And each of us probably did, too. The Zags are still a fun team that’s a bit tougher this year and doesn’t quit.
