Hosack To Take Brannon Challenge

Huckleberries has learned from County Clerk Dan English that retiring Judge Charles Hosack has been assigned to replace Judge John Mitchell as presiding judge over the election challenge filed by losing candidate Jim Brannon. Dan of the County didn’t know whether the decision by Mitchell to recuse himself from the case was voluntary or not.
