Kootenai County Sheriff’s Department patrol deputy Gavin Brodwater prepared to leave from the Coeur d’Alene Police department earlier today as part of a caravan including the Coeur d’Alene Police Department Honor Guard, Post Falls Police, Idaho State Police and Bonner County Police.
