US Postal Service Letter Carrier, Patrick Neagle, is covered head-to-toe to fight off the frigid temperatures as he makes his mail deliveries near the corner Cincinnati and Providence, December 8, 2009 in Spokane, Wa.  Neagle says he keeps his face covered with a cotton mask because it doesn't itch and because his wife won't let him grow a beard.  He as been delivering mail for the past 13 years and prefers this cold weather to the deep snow the area had last year in December. (Dan Pelle)
