US Postal Service Letter Carrier, Patrick Neagle, is covered head-to-toe to fight off the frigid temperatures as he makes his mail deliveries in Spokane Tuesday. Neagle says he keeps his face covered with a cotton mask because it doesn’t itch and because his wife won’t let him grow a beard. He as been delivering mail for the past 13 years and prefers this cold weather to the deep snow the area had last year in December. (Dan Pelle/SR)
