Anyone hoping to get Sarah Palin’s autograph Thursday when she visits the Fred Meyer store in Coeur d’Alene should plan to wait in line. And dress warm. “We know it’s cold, but this is the way we have to do it,” said Melinda Merrill, public affairs director for the Portland-based Fred Meyer. Palin will be signing copies of her book, “Going Rogue,” from noon to 3 p.m. at the store on the corner of Highway 95 and Kathleen Avenue.
