Spencer: CPD Blue Needs ‘Tude Job

Spencer: Wow, do the CDA police need an attitude ajustment or what! My sister in law slid her car off the road, and the officer in charge was beyond a jerk. The only damage to the car was a dent in the door where it had bumped a post. The officer refused to let the car be driven away and called a wrecker. His attitude when he found that the car was not high centered on the curb as he claimed was one of sheer indignation that someone would point out that he was mistaken. Talk about a watching someone become a jerk in less than three seconds. It was like watching Dr. (Jekyll) become Mr. Hyde in supersonic speed!
