1:52 p.m. Woman in 1000 block of 16th/CdA reports phone harassment.

1:51 p.m. City employee wonders: “Did Streets notify Water about the knocked over hydrant?” He was told that the water department knows about the hydrant.

12:06 p.m. A hysterical, 40ish female reports she is suffering chest pains in front of the Life Care Center on Mullan, near Walmart/Post Falls.
