Public safety justifies reward

The murders of four police officers in Pierce County drew a lot of deserved attention. But another form of dedication is shown by all citizens who choose to obey the law rather than kill those who seek to enforce it. By members of COPS shops, by corrections officers and others whose lives are lived keeping the public safe.

Money alone cannot pay for what they do – but it helps. The public needs to honor them every day, but especially on payday.
