Truck show ads indecent

The Spokesman-Review

After several recent fatal accidents at so-called monster truck shows, one would think common decency and respect for the victims would dictate a modification of TV advertising, at the least. But no, that would be too respectful in this “in your face,” anything-goes country.

Instead, the ads have been stepped up, if anything, with violent gyrations and names like “Grave Digger” for the vehicles! What are we thinking? How low can we descend?
