Vandals earn road split

Nothing on the road seems to come easily for Idaho. The Vandals nearly gave up an 11-point lead but held on for a 71-68 win at Fresno State on Saturday night. Idaho moves to 14-14 overall, 7-7 in the WAC.

Senior guard Trevor Morris was a catalyst yet again for UI. Morris started the year in a terrible shooting slump, but he’s posted two productive games in a row. He had a team-high 14 points Saturday, while point guard Mac Hopson had 13 points and 10 assists.
