Consider those with disabilities

The Spokesman-Review

I want to thank all of the drivers who plow store and business parking lots with all my heart. But, alas, I and my family have a question for you. Is there somewhere besides the disabled/handicapped parking spots that you can put the snow?

My husband, my son and myself are all disabled, yet we still need to shop. The state issues those blue cards so we don’t have to walk all the way from the back spot in the lot because we can’t walk that far.

The next lot you plow, please remember those of us who, if we fall on the ice, won’t be getting back up.
