5:31 p.m. R/P reports smoke coming from the Top of China restaurant on Appleway.
4:46 p.m. Broken water pipe flooding trailer @ the Town & Country Mobile Home Park @ 952 12th.
4:41 p.m. 4-vehicle injury accident — 2 involved in head-on collision — at Hanley & 4th. A female in a white pickup has suffered head, neck, chest and right leg pains. Hanley Avenue is now blocked.
4:08 p.m. A possible fatal accident is being reported in the southbound lane of Mica Grade on Highway 95 at M/P 424. Two or three cars are involved. One contains an unconscious man who is breathing but trapped in a white vehicle. The roadway is completely blocked and will probably remain blocked for an hour.
4:29 p.m. ISP officer involved in a minor collision when another motorist hit her from behind @ Garwood & Ludlow.
4:14 p.m. An 81YO man was injured when an awning collapsed, hitting him on the arm.
3:46 p.m. 2 males are fighting in the parking lot of Rathdrum’s McDonalds.
3:37 p.m. An employee at the U.S. Bank call center on Seltice Way says that he and other workers can hear the roof cracking, but management says everything is fine.
2:55 p.m. A ladder is in the passing lane of eastbound I-90 @ M/P 8.
2:42 p.m. A Mitsubishi is blocking one lane of traffic on I-90 @ M/P 5. But the driver refused a town because he can’t afford it.
2:41 p.m. A Coors delivery truck has broken down and is blocking traffic at I-90 at M/P 32.
2:31 p.m. The front of Del Taco on Highway 95 is under water.
1:40 p.m. Female motorist in an older-model, white 4-door grabbed her dog from an animal control officer @ 16th & Shadduck and zoomed off at a speed of around 50 mph.
12:50 p.m. Unoccupied white pickup parked in middle of Upriver Drive, near Highway 95, creating a significant traffic hazard.
12:39 p.m. Train conductor reports he almost T-boned a brown-haired woman in a bluish-green Subaru with 7B plates who ignored the signal at the Chilco crossing. The woman drove off southbound on Highway 95.
11:40 p.m. R/P reports children sledding of a KMC building onto snow berms below. Update: Officer reports that the individuals involved are actually adults using sleds to dump snow off the roof.
11:14 p.m. Strong gas smell reported on first floor of Hedlund Building at North Idaho College.
10:04 p.m. KCSD marine deputy reports abandoned boat @ Cougar Bay.
10:00 p.m. A male fell and hit his head in the parking lot of the Kimball Building, 881 Seltice Way.
9:58 p.m. R/P reports strong natural gas smell @ 1300 Locust Ave.
9:42 p.m. Spokane resident reports seeing a dog clipped by a train on Diagonal.
