Battle odds one-sided

There is a battle going on between two countries – A and B. Country A has a huge military arsenal of airplanes, helicopters, submarines, tanks, bulldozers, megaton bombs, bunker bombs and atomic weapons. Country B has rockets and rocks. They are in a cage created by enormous walls and have had humanitarian aid stopped for some time.

At the present time, the death toll of Country A is six and for Country B it is 400.

Which country is going to wipe the other off the face of the Earth?
