5:09 p.m. R/P reports 3 cattle trucks are driving aggressively on Highway 53 en route to Rathdrum, making hand gestures and flashing their lights.

5:06 p.m. A man in his 40s is lying on the sidewalk on the south side of 15th & Sherman. R/P reports that he appeared to be unconscious but later awoke. He might be extremely intoxicated. Several teen-agers are on the scene.

4:21 p.m. R/P reports possible animal abuse on McGuire Road/Post Falls, a pitbull is tied up to a post with a chain.

3:55 p.m. R/P is following a possible drunk driver in a ‘99 Dodge pickup with Kootenai plates @ Highway 41 & Seltice Way/Post Falls.

3:37 p.m. Furry dog & Rottweiler running loose at Riverview & Rio Vista.

1:28 p.m. A female reports that her male companion says that voices tell him to be mean to her.

1:13 p.m. R/P reports 2 German shepherds that might be a neighbor’s guard dogs are running loose @ Laramie & Ramsey. They’re not being aggressive. But she’s afraid to get her mail while they’re loose.

12:35 p.m. 2 collies are running loose @ Sausser & Mica Springs, south of Coeur d’Alene.

11:13 a.m. 57YO has fallen out of his wheelchair in the alley behind St. Vinny’s/Post Falls and needs help getting back into the wheelchair.

10:10 a.m. Wheelchair students are having trouble getting from North Idaho College SUB to library, as a result of snow and ice.

9:26 a.m. Refrigeration system failure has set off a fire alarm at Sysco Foods, 300 Baugh Way, Post Falls.

8:50 a.m. Dale’s Used Cars on 4th wants to see an officer re: a Dodge Ram pickup with a snowplow that was stolen from the lot Sunday.

8:46 a.m. Male parked at a local elementary reportedly is watching the school children at play.

8:23 a.m. A Post Falls Highway District worker is involved in a verbal fight with a motorist who drove on an oiled road.
